Brendan Steinhauser

Steinhauser rose to prominence as a top FreedomWorks political strategist for the far-right Tea Party movement that emerged during the Obama presidency. Steinhauser was trained in Counterintelligence Awareness from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense and earned a master's degree in Statecraft and International Affairs from the Institute of World Politics. He later served as a senior advisor to Republican members of the US Congress including Senator John Cornyn, Rep. Michael McCaul and Rep. Dan Crenshaw. In 2018, Steinhauser was hired by The Epoch Times to allow the group access to the upper echelons of the US conservative movement, especially those close to President Donald Trump.
