Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party
The Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (also known as the Tuidang Center) is a US nonprofit founded in 2004 and based in Flushing, New York.

The Tuidang Center is affiliated with Falun Gong and claims to have assisted or inspired over 400 million people to leave the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) since its founding, marked by the 2004 publication of “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party” published by The Epoch Times. The Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party claims that the CCP is an international criminal organization whose members “are not wanted in societies around the world.” It claims communism is a demonic virus, invoking COVID-19 as a physical manifestation of the “CCP virus.” To this end, the organization circulates a petition calling for an “End to the Evil Chinese Communist Party.” While the Center acknowledges leaving the CCP is free, it also offers a “Tuidang Certificate” for a small fee.
