She holds a Masters in Public Policy for Latin America from Oxford University, and she currently serves as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Visión Américas LLC, co-founded by Roger Noriega and Martin Rodil. Visión Américas LLC was contracted during the 2009 coup in Honduras against former president Manuel Zelaya and lists Tal Hanan as an associate.
She previously served as General Director of Foros Semana at Colombia’s far-right wing *Semana* — a media outlet that models its coverage on the US’ Fox News and launched a smear campaign against both Progressive International and Ecuadorian presidential candidate Andrés Arauz. She has advised several national and local political candidates, served as Executive Director of the market-oriented Hernán Echavarría Olózaga Political Science Institute based in Bogotá, Colombia, and worked as an international consultant for Oxford Analytica.
